Community Outreach

Connection Church actively steps into the gap to love on and serve our immediate community and beyond.  As a church family of believers it is our desire to touch the world with the Love of God through all aspects, programs and ministries here within the church.

We invite you to learn more about our various Community Outreach endeavors and become involved where you feel lead to help others. Together we become a better, balanced and loving community.

Breakfast in the Park

On the 1st and 2nd Sunday of each month we prepare and then serve breakfast at Whitman Park to the homeless and street people. Each meal begins with prayer and ends with smiling faces.

Breakfast in the Park

We need and are grateful for your assistance.  We serve Breakfast in the Park on the 1st and 2nd Sunday of each month. We meet at Whitman Park  at S. 4th Street and Ute Ave. – just a few blocks from church. We setup on the S. 4th Street side.

Our goal is to set up at approximately 8:45 AM and start with prayer at 9:00 AM.

Servers are always welcome. Help out once a month or more.

Providing cooked and ready to eat breakfast food is another great way to help.  Half size or full size disposable aluminum deep steam table pans provide a great way to provide and deliver scrambled eggs, hash browns or tater tots, breakfast casseroles, etc. Ask about other food needs.

Help Out – Contact Bo Oest at 806-662-1876 or Robb Maechtle at 970-241-8652. Or contact the church office.

White Mountain Apache Tribe Missions

We facilitate Women’s Conferences and Men’s Conferences for the White Mountain, AZ, Apache Tribe, in concert with Fire on the Mountain Church in White Mountain.

We partner with the Fire on the Mountain Church in White Mountain, and the Delta Cowboy Church to facilitate a Youth Rodeo Bible Camp and Vacation Bible School. Apache Youth learn Rodeo skills, receive Bible teachings, have lots of fun and get a lot of loving care.
